Standard Shipping (Free)
- Delivery Time: 10–20 business days (varies by destination).
- Cost: FREE for all orders.
- Coverage: Available worldwide, excluding remote areas (see Section 3).
Express Shipping (Paid)
- Delivery Time: 2–7 business days (depending on destination).

- First Weight: $10.00 USD (covers the initial package weight).
- Additional Weight: $6.00 USD per extra kilogram. Example: A 3kg express package = 10(firstweight)+(6 × 2kg) = **$22.00 USD**.
- If the gross weight of package exceeds 68kg, for air freight, it will be charged extra by the shipping carrier for a wooden packaging.
2. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Customized Products: Production for personalized items may add 3–5 business days to processing.
3. Remote Areas & Surcharges
- Remote Locations: Deliveries to islands, rural regions, or zones with limited carrier access may incur additional fees.
- Notification: If your address qualifies as remote, we will notify you via email with the surcharge amount before processing your order.
4. Duties & Taxes
- Buyer’s Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are your responsibility.
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay these fees may result in order abandonment or return. Return shipping and restocking fees will apply (see Refund Policy).
